Broiled Tuna with Mayonnaise

Better than expected. If you don't have the time to marinade, I would recommend this. I used green onions and broiled on low, alterating between the top and bottom rack. I think the sauce would burn and the tuna would be undercooked if you left it on the top rack. I estimate total cook time to be 15-20 mins. For seasoning in the sauce I used almost equal amounts of parsley, dill, Italian seasoning, and oregano.

The tuna tasted great. I didn't have any lemon juice or lemons so I used half of a lime instead and added lime peel shavings to the fish after the onions. Oh, and for the "herb seasoning" I used celery seed, thyme, and basil. It was pretty good! I will definitely do this recipe again!

Quick and absolutely delicious! Even without onions! For the seasoning, I just used 1/2 envelope of Italian Dressing seasoning! Even my 14 yr old son took seconds!
