SPAGHETTI AND SMOKED SAUSAGE
DISH
 
1/2 of a 1 lb. pkg. Creamette spaghetti (uncooked)
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. smoked sausage or Polska Kielbasa, sliced
1 sm. red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 sm. onion, cut into wedges
1 sm. zucchini, cut into julienne strips)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
1 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain. In medium skillet, heat oil. Add sausage and remaining ingredients, except spaghetti. Stir-fry until sausage is browned and vegetables are tender. Add spaghetti, toss to coat. Heat through. Arrange on a warm serving platter. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 4 servings.
