EGGLESS MILKLESS BUTTERLESS CAKE 
1 lb. raisins
2 c. sugar
3 c. water
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. shortening
4 tbsp. cocoa

In a large saucepan, combine all above ingredients and cook 15 minutes. When cool. Add:

3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Put into greased and floured tube cake pan and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
