1-2 bunches fresh spinach
1 pt. strawberries, sliced

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. raspberry preserves
2 tbsp. poppyseed
1/3 c. raspberry vinegar
1/3 c. half & half
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise

Toss spinach and strawberries and add the amount of dressing you like.
