SPINACH/STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 bunches fresh spinach, washed and dried
1 pt. fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and halved

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar

Arrange bite-size pieces of spinach and strawberries attractively on individual serving plates.

Place first 6 ingredients in blender (sugar, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, Worcestershire sauce, paprika). Add oil and vinegar (with blender running) in a slow steady stream until thoroughly mixed and thickened. Drizzle on strawberries and spinach. Serves 6 to 8.
