1 lb. spinach
1 lb. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 fresh lemon (3 tbsp. juice)
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
6 tbsp. canola oil

Layer spinach and fresh sliced strawberries in bowl. Use clear bowl if possible so colors show. Shake lemon juice and sugar. Then add egg yolk and shake them. Add 1 tablespoon of oil at a time and shake. Just before serving add oil to salad.
