1 lb. fresh spinach
1 pt. strawberries

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. poppy seed (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all ingredients for dressing in blender. Slowly add 1 cup salad oil.

Remove stems from spinach. Slice strawberries. Pour dressing over spinach and strawberries; mix gently.
