STUFFED SHELLS 
1 lb. lg. shells
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
Parsley
Spaghetti sauce

Boil shells in salted water until tender. Drain. Mix cheeses, eggs and parsley together. Beat until fluffy. Spoon into shells and place in baking dish that has sauce in bottom. Spoon more sauce over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
