FROZEN CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 lb. can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar

Combine cranberry sauce, pineapple, marshmallows and lemon juice. Spread in bottom of ice cube tray (without dividers). Combine whipped cream, mayonnaise and sugar. Spread on top. Chill, cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 6 servings.
