BISCOTTI 
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1/2 cup butter
5 cups all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. almond extract

Cream sugar, eggs and butter. Spread in a greased 17 X 11 cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars and bake again at 450°F for a few more minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
