HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ham, ground
1 1/2 lbs. fresh pork, ground
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs (I use only 1 of the yolks)
1 c. milk

Make into tiny balls if for hor d'oeuvres, larger if for a main course or can be shaped into a loaf. Place in baking dish and cover with a sauce of 2 cups brown sugar and 2 teaspoons dry mustard, 1 cup vinegar, and 2/3 cup water. Delicious!
