BROCCOLI MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli (or fresh)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 beaten egg
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms, crushed (1/2 c.)
Cheez-It crackers

Mix all together except crackers. Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with crackers, then return to oven for another 10 minutes.
