1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. corn syrup
2 tbsp. strawberry gelatin
Red food coloring
1 qt. strawberries
Baked pie shell

In a saucepan combine water, sugar, cornstarch and syrup. Boil until thick and clear. Add gelatin (Dry) and a few drops coloring. Cool and add washed and stemmed strawberries. Pour into baked shell and top with whipped cream.
