CURRIED TUNA 
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. curry powder
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
2 sm. cans tuna in water, drained
1 hard boiled egg, chopped

In skillet, stir butter, curry, green onions until butter is melted. Add all other ingredients except hard boiled egg, stir until all is warmed 7 to 9 minutes. Top with egg.
