EASY DO SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
4 oz. spinach, torn into bite size
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
1 jar (about 7 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 c. herb dressing or tomato dressing

Place lettuce and spinach in large plastic bag; refrigerate. Just before serving, add artichoke hearts (with liquid) and herb dressing to bag. Close bag tightly and shake vigorously. Serve in large bowl. Makes 6 servings.
