OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 med. scrubbed, UNpeeled potatoes

CUT THE POTATOES IN WEDGES BUT DO NOT PEEL.

Combine all other ingredients and brush on the potato wedges in a shallow baking dish. Place potatoes in dish peeling down and brush cut edges with mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes basting occasionally with the oil mix.
