GRAVY ON TOAST AND EGGS | |
Break up 10 slices of toasted bread in a bowl. Add 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced thin. Pour the following gravy over it. Brown 1/4 cup butter and add 3 tablespoons flour. Let this get nice and brown. Add milk and stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Thin gravy is best for this. |
