Great with ham! 1 pkg. dry yeast 1/2 c. vegetable oil 3 c. warm water 2 eggs, beaten 1 tbsp. salt 9-10 c. flour 1 c. sugar Mix flour, salt and sugar. Mix yeast and water together and pour onto flour mixture. Add oil and beaten eggs. Knead dough and cover. One hour later, knead again and let sit for another hour. Repeat this process 3 more times. The last time you knead the dough, let it rest for 2 hours. Form buns on greased cookie sheet and cover with towels until next morning. In morning, bake uncovered at 350°F for 12 minutes or longer. Optional: Brush the tops of buns with one beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking. |
