POTATO SALAD 
10 lg. potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
10 sm. sweet pickle
1 tbsp. pickle juice
2 eggs, hard boiled
1 lg. onion

Cut potatoes into small pieces and cook until done. Drain potatoes and rinse with cold water. Cut pickle onion, and eggs into bowl with potatoes. Mix potatoes, pickle, onion, eggs, and mayonnaise together. Add mustard until turns yellow, add pickle juice. Put in refrigerator until cold.
