DRESSING FOR CHICKEN OR TURKEY 
1 1/2 lb. loaf of bread
1-2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
Giblets from bird
2 stalks celery
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
2 beaten eggs

Tear bread into small pieces. Cook up giblets with celery, onion, butter, and enough water to cover. Drain liquid over bread cubes and run cooked ingredients through food processor. Add to bread mixture. Add eggs. Mix thoroughly and add enough liquid to blend. Put into greased roaster and cook for approximately 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
