1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil

Clean, devein shrimp and dry before dipping in batter. Roll in part cornmeal and part flour mixture and deep fry. Can use Bisquick mix with cornmeal.
