1 c. cracker crumbs, rolled fine
3 lbs. lean hamburger meat, uncooked
1 c. water
Mix together until well mixed. Pat into baking dish or cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares, brown in skillet. (I put mine on broiling pan and bake until brown so fat drains away). After browned put into roaster and pour 1 to 2 cans of mushroom, or Cream of Chicken or celery soup on top. (Use more than 1 can of soup if you want more gravy). Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 50 minutes. Can be frozen at this point; when ready to use follow rest of directions.
