VEGETABLE WALNUT PATE 
1 1/2 c. cooked green beans, pulverized
2 hard-boiled eggs, grated
1/4 c. toasted walnuts, pulverized
1/2 c. finely minced onions
1 to 2 tbsp. dry white wine
1 to 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt
Black pepper
Pinch of nutmeg

Saute onions in a little oil until soft. Combine everything and chill. Use as dip for raw veggies or crackers. (This pate tastes and looks similar to chopped chicken livers only much, much better!)
