WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. diced tart apples
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash salt
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Sprinkle diced apples with sugar, lemon juice and salt. Add celery and nuts. Whip cream; fold mayonnaise into cream. Gently fold into apple mixture. Chill. Serve in lettuce lined bowl. Serves 4 to 6.
