HAMBURGER - CORN PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
1 finely chopped garlic (clove)
1 can whole tomatoes (16 oz.)
1 can kernel corn (16 oz.), drained
20 to 24 pitted olives
1 1/2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten well
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook and stir hamburger, pork sausage, onion and garlic until meat is brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, corn, olives, chili powder and salt. Heat to boiling. Pour into ungreased baking dish, 9 x 9 x 2 inches or 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches or 2 quart casserole dish.

Mix cornmeal, milk and eggs. Pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, cooking in 350 degree oven until brown, 40 to 50 minutes.
