DIJON PORK CHOPS 
6 lean pork chops, trim fat
1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. dried parsley
Dijon mustard

Mix together bread crumbs, oil, garlic and parsley. Spread both sides of each pork chop with Dijon mustard. Press into crumb mixture coating both sides well. Spray baking sheet with Pam. Place pork chops on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until chops are done and crumbs browned about 30 minutes.
