VEG - ALL CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained
1 (8 oz.) c. water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup, undiluted
3/4 c. mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing or diet dressing)

TOPPING:

1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed

Grease large casserole. Mix together Veg-All, chestnuts, onion, celery, soup and mayonnaise. Cover with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields: 8 to 10 servings.
