TURKEY FRAME SOUP 
1 meaty turkey frame
12 c. water
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
4 c. fresh vegetables celery, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli
1 1/2 c. medium noodles

Cut turkey frame in half. Put in large Dutch oven with water, onion and salt. Bring to a boil reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.

Remove turkey frame, when cool, cut meat from frame. Strain broth. Discard bones. Return broth to Dutch oven. Stir in turkey meat puree tomatoes, add to broth. Add oregano, thyme, bouillon granules, and pepper. Stir in fresh vegetables.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Stir in uncooked noodles. Simmer uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
