ROULADEN (BEEF ROLL-UPS) | |
Thin slices of top round steak approximately 1/4 inch thick Salt Pepper Mustard Onion Dil l pickles Flatten steak. Spread mustard, salt and pepper on raw meat slices. Saute pickle and onion in a little oil until tender. Put a little of this mixture on meat and roll up. Either tie or secure with toothpicks. Brown roll-ups in a little oil. Place in oven proof dish or pan. Make gravy out of drippings and pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This freezes well. |
