CHEESE BERRY PIE 
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Whip cream. Mix sugar and cream cheese. Fold into whip cream. Put in pie shell. Add any berry pie filling.

PIE CRUST:

3 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. shortening
2/3 to 1 c. ice water

Blend in blender or food processor. Turn on and off often.
