ITALIAN MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 eggs or egg substitute equivalent
1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Mix all except 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce together. Turn into an oblong casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Make a hollow in center of loaf; place cheese in hollow and bring meat mixture up over cheese; sealing inside loaf. Cover loaf with other can of tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

NOTE: To make low cholesterol dish, omit cheese and use turkey and egg substitute.
