APPLESAUCE RASPBERRY SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries 1 c. sour cream 1 c. tiny (miniature) marshmallows 1 c. applesauce Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add frozen raspberries. Stir until thawed. Stir in applesauce. Pour into 10 x 6 inch dish or small mold. Chill until set. Combine sour cream and marshmallows. Spread on top just before serving. Do ahead. Preparing: 10 minutes. This can be served as a mold; as a salad cut up and put on lettuce leaves; or as an appetizer spooned into whiskey sour glasses and topped with sour cream. |
