CRANBERRY SALAD 
Wash 4 cups cranberries (1 - 12 ounce bag). Cook cranberries in 2 1/2 cups water until they burst (about 5 minutes).

Add 1 cup sugar and boil 5 minutes. Add 1 large package cherry Jello and cool. Add:

1 c. Emperor grapes, seeded & cut in half
1 can shredded pineapple, drained
1 c. half walnut meats

Let set up. (May be placed in a mold.) Should be made the day before. NOTE: May substitute sugar free cherry Jello and 40 packets of Equal for regular Jello and sugar.
