CRANBERRY CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 (6 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix honey, orange juice, orange peel, allspice, and cranberry sauce in a small bowl. Remove all visible fat from chicken breasts. Pour half of mixture over chicken breasts. Bake 15 minutes. Turn chicken pieces; pour on remaining sauce. Continue baking another 30 to 35 minutes. Each 3 ounces chicken serving contains saturated fat, 1 gram; cholesterol, 70 mg.
