SWEDISH APPLE CAKE 
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 lg. apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 c. walnuts

Beat eggs until thick and lemony in color, adding sugar, vanilla, and oil. Sift dry ingredients and add to the oil mixture mixing by spoon. Add apples and nuts, blending gently. When well blended, pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 3 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
