GARDEN MEDLEY SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
2 1/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. whipping cream
1 1/8 c. cottage cheese, sm. curd
1 1/8 tbsp. fresh grated carrots
1/2 tsp. onion power or 1 tbsp. fresh grated onion
1 1/4 tbsp. cucumber, diced
1 1/4 tbsp. diced green pepper
1 1/8 tbsp. celery, diced

Add water to gelatin, stir, let set until syrupy. Whip cream and blend cottage cheese until smooth, add mayonnaise. Fold into gelatin mixture. Gently fold vegetables into mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate. A ring mold could also be used. Serves 15.
