2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well together and drop 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press cookie flat with the bottom of a glass which has been dipped in sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove at once from cookie sheet. Makes 2 dozen.
