SPINACH RICE 
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
3 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
Chopped pimento for garnish

Combine all ingredients except pimento in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese melts. Stir before serving. Garnish with pimento. 5 to 6 cups.
