PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels
1 stick butter, melted
1/3 c. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix together the pretzels and 1/3 cup sugar. Add melted butter and roast at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. Stir well after removing form oven. Set aside. Cream the 1/2 cup sugar and the cream cheese; fold in Cool Whip and then add the drained pineapple. Mix well. Stir in the roasted pretzels. Chill.
