GRANDMA'S SPINACH 
1 (15 oz.) can spinach, partially drained
apple cider vinegar
2 slices uncooked bacon
2 sliced cooked bacon
1/2 tsp. bacon grease
pad of butter
dried minced onion, to taste
a few dashes of garlic powder

Empty can of spinach in a 1-quart saucepan. Add a few splashes of the vinegar, uncooked bacon, bacon grease, butter, onion and garlic powder. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Add crumbled cooked bacon when finished.
