COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1/2 c. light cream or half and half
2 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Beat eggs until light, add sugar gradually and beat well; add salt, cream, cheese, flour, lemon juice and rind. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
