CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
Nutmeg is essential to give this old time favorite its special goodness.

4 cups milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix and pie filling
1 cup Minute rice, cooked
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan. Add rice and raisins to milk and pudding mixture. Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil. Pour into serving bowls.

Serve warm or cold sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Serves 10.
