APRICOT SALAD 
2 pkg. apricot flavored gelatin
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
2 jars (4 3/4 oz. each) applesauce baby food
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine gelatin, sugar and water in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar and gelatin. Remove from heat and stir in fruit. Set aside to cool. Combine condensed milk and cream cheese, beating until smooth. Stir in the gelatin mixture, then add nuts. Pour into mold and chill.
