CARAMEL RICE KRISPIES 
8 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. butter
2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels (50)
1/4 c. butter
1 can sweetened & condensed milk

Start by melting caramels, 1/4 cup butter and 1 can sweetened condensed milk together. While that is melting, melt 1/2 cup butter and 1 1/2 packages marshmallows.

Mix together with Rice Krispies. Press 3/4 of mixture in bottom of pan (9 x 13 inch). Pour remaining unmelted marshmallows over pressed down mixture. Pour melted caramel mixture over these marshmallows. Dampen fingers with water to spread remaining Krispie mixture over caramel mixture. Cool and cut into squares.
