PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. pumpkin or squash
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk (more or less)
2 lg. eggs, beaten

Combine and put in an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees until done. Makes 1 large pie.
