CONFETTI CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. macaroni, cooked
1/4 c. butter
Bread crumbs

Heat soup, milk, onion, pimento and green pepper in saucepan over low heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Add chicken, macaroni and butter; mix well. Spoon into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 10 servings.
