HOLIDAY SAUSAGE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 lb. sausage
1 box raisins
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts

Put raisins in water and simmer. Cool and drain raisins, reserve liquid. Mix sugar and egg. Add sausage. Add reserved liquid. Mix in dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and raisins. Put in greased angel food cake pan and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (Makes nice Christmas gift.)
