GRAMMY'S BLUEBERRY CORNBREAD 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. fresh blueberries (floured)
3/4 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. skim milk
1 egg

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil and egg. Mix until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 400 degrees in 8 or 9 inch pan until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Serve warm. Yummy! Hint: When young children help, premeasure ingredients.
