SALMON SCALLOP 
1 c. salmon
2 c. canned corn
2 eggs, beaten
A little milk
1 tbsp. melted butter
Cracker crumbs to thicken
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together. Put into a buttered baking dish and bake slowly for 45 minutes. Tomato catsup or any spicy relish goes well with this dish.
