STUFFED CABBAGE BUNDLES 
1/2 c. rice, cooked in 1 c. water
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1/2 c. chopped onion, brown
1 (3 lb.) cabbage, cut out core and steam (cook) 7 min.

Remove cabbage from water, cool, pull leaves away gently so not to tear. Combine rice, meat, onion, 1 cup shredded carrot, 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup minced parsley, 1 teaspoon thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Put 1/4 cup filling on each leaf. Roll and secure with toothpick. Combine 1 can tomatoes, 1 can tomato sauce in Dutch oven. Add cabbage rolls. Simmer 1 hour.
